Signia Cros
Signia CROS is a type of hearing aid that is designed to help people with single-sided hearing loss (SSD). SSD occurs when there is hearing loss in one ear, but the other ear has normal hearing. CROS hearing aids work by wirelessly transmitting sound from the sound-poor ear to the sound-good ear. This allows people with SSD to hear sounds from both sides, which can improve their overall hearing and ability to communicate.
This is a transmitter-only unit and must be paired with another Signia model (purchased separately).
