Phonak CROS P
No Hearing Remaining in Just One Ear?
Phonak CROS P is a hearing solution for people with little or no hearing remaining on one side and normal hearing on the other. It consists of a combination of two Phonak instruments using the Paradise technology platform; one of which only serves as a microphone and transmitter. This unit picks up the sound on the side with no hearing and transmits it to the unit on the other ear with some or normal hearing.
The transmitter side can be a Behind-The-Ear, non-custom unit or an In-The-Canal custom made from an impression taken of your ear and ear canal.
Phonak CROS P is also available with a Li-Ion rechargeable battery option to pair with other rechargeable Phonak hearing aids.
BI CROS P is basically the same with the difference that the side with hearing is less than normal and amplification is needed on that side.
The CROS P transmitter itself is available in the following configurations:
CROS P 13:

- The transmitter is in a RIC style with a rechargeable Li-Ion battery
